🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bling Custom Tumblers & More, each item is handmade with care and customized just for you according to your specific instructions. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.


❌ All Personalized Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of your products(s), all sales are final. All Personalized resin products are made-to-order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there was an error made in the personalization OR design. If this is the case, please contact us at bling@westerntrail.com and explain the error/mistake. We will do our absolute best to resolve this for you.


✅ Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to help! Please be aware that we photograph or video every item prior to shipping it to you and each item is checked carefully for any defects prior to shipping BUT we do realize that we make mistakes too on occasion.

If we mutually agree to return the item(s) to us for refund./replacement, we will issue a return label to you.

To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

Once we receive your claim and images, we’ll review and work with you to find the best solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (depending on product availability)

  • A partial refund

  • A discount on a future order

Important: We do not offer refunds for minor variations in color, glitter placement, or design. These are part of the handmade process and what makes your tumbler unique! There may be slight imperfections that is part of the handmade process.


🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer (e.g. misspelled name, wrong color selection, etc.)

  • Shipping delays once the item has been dispatched

  • Items marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing


💡 Cancellations

We do NOT accept cancellations on products that were ordered and designed live on TikTok. Once the product has been designed live, the order cannot be cancelled.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the creation process begins and we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.


📦 Return Shipping (if applicable)

If we approve a return or replacement:

  • If the error is ours, we will provide you with a return label (unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties)

  • If the error was not ours, return shipping is at the buyer's expense (unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage
